Talk canceled. But damage was still done -.-
The rumored Demotivation course did not take place. But damage is still done. Though it was not officially said to us all, but 2 of my colleague was pre-talked by the old man.
Q1: Do you think you are overpaid? (ouch)
Q2: Are you ready? I dont think so you are ready (double ouch)
These are not questions. They are more like statements that the old man wants to implant into our heads. Demotivating. Crush your confidence so that you are easier to dispose off. Well mr. old man, I’ve got a word for you. That is “FUCK OFF”. If you think we are over paid, we are all over paid. Including you! If you think we are not ready and sitting here to wait for things to happen, that includes you! Do something to improve the situation please. Don’t come and trash everyone because you can’t fix what is needed.
Anyway… you know what, I don’t care. Do what you think is “correct” and so be it. I’m not gonna sulk over it.
